We are an in-network provider with Aetna and UHC/UMR. We ask that you call your insurance plan to verify coverage for lactation services and check that Beyond Birth Collective LLC is in-network for your plan before booking an appointment. Once you have called your insurance company you can schedule below.

We are able to take Cigna insurance through our partnership with Wildflower. Pre-approval must be done through this link before you schedule your visit. Please be aware that Cigna home visits will be charged an $85 travel fee that is not reimbursable by insurance and will be charged to your card on file 24-hours before the visit.

If you have another insurance provider, besides those listed above, we are currently not in-network therefore you will be considered a self-pay patient.
