We are an in-network provider with Aetna. We ask that you call your insurance plan to verify coverage for lactation services and check that Beyond Birth Collective LLC is in-network for your plan before booking an appointment. We are unable to verify insurance benefits for Aetna members. Once you have called Aetna you can schedule below, do not fill out the form through TLN.

We are partnered with The Lactation Network (TLN) to provide care to families with certain Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Anthem, Cigna, MultiPlan, PNOA, and UHC insurance plans. If you have one of those insurance providers, please click here and fill out the request to verify coverage before scheduling a consult. You will receive a determination of coverage typically within a few hours (unless it is a weekend). * Please note that all TLN clients will be assessed a $50 travel fee for each visit and this fee is not billable to insurance. Once you are approved, you can book an appointment with us below.

If you have another insurance provider, besides those listed above, we are currently not in-network therefore you will be considered a self-pay patient.
