We are an in-network provider with Aetna and UHC/UMR. We ask that you call your insurance plan to verify coverage for lactation services and check that Beyond Birth Collective LLC is in-network for your plan before booking an appointment. Once you have called your insurance company you can schedule below.

If you have another insurance provider, besides those listed above, we are currently not in-network therefore you will be considered a self-pay patient.
