We are an in-network provider with Aetna and UHC/UMR. We ask that you call your insurance plan to verify coverage for lactation services and check that Beyond Birth Collective LLC is in-network for your plan before booking an appointment. Once you have called your insurance company you can schedule below.

* As of 7/14/25, we can no longer accept BCBS and Anthem coverage for new clients through The Lactation Network. Current clients who are already approved with TLN can continue to see us until their visit cap is met. Please note that all TLN clients will be assessed a $50 travel fee for each home visit and this fee is not billable to insurance.

If you have another insurance provider, besides those listed above, we are currently not in-network therefore you will be considered a self-pay patient.
